Terms and conditions

1) The client is for accurate and complete information about the name, address, personal data and quantity of each article liable.

2) There are the prices at the date of order.

3) If there is a new price list, the old prices do not apply.

4) Oral agreements, changes or supplements of that condition of sale were only available if the seller makes it in writing.

7) Mare's milk cosmetics is by billing / remittance (payment slip) sent
Mare's milk supplies only by surname.

8) Payment is 14 days after receipt of the invoice without deduction.

9) If exceed the payment terms or unauthorized discount,
subsequent shipments will be only send by surname.

10) If the payment target, default of 10% interest. All costs for necessary procedures will be borne by the debtor.

11) Mare´s milk and mare´s milk cosmetics are nature products. Small natural, commercial or technically unavoidable deviations in quality, color, texture, weight, smell, taste, etc., can not be beyond claims. The buyer has no claims for damages because of missing assured properties.

12) Used products can not be revoked or credited because of hygienic and sanitary reasons.

13) Used products can not be revoked or credited when the date expires during the possession.

14) Returns are sufficient to frank. The porto must be paid by the buyer.

15) All sendings travel at the risk of the purchaser / recipient.

16) The delivery abroad is carried out only after receipt of the advance payment.

17) The invoice amount is to pay in to one of our Austrian or German account.

18) All products remain our property until the purchase price, including interest and fees paid for. The retention of title covers the resale of the goods on the purchase price.

19) The buyer agrees to the retention of title is good care and our retention of title is not at risk.

20) Complaints regarding the product quantity, quality or defective packaging can be quite effective only within 5 days after receiving the invoice, according to us is collected.

21) The consumer may can resign, according to Consumer Protection Law § 5e, if one of his contract is not made by him within 7 days. For poducts deliveries, time begins to run upon receipt of the products to the consumer. Saturdays are not considered business days. The task of the declaration within the time limit is sufficient.
